Shiva has many forms, many faces and many names. Who is Shiva?

This book is an effort at unraveling the layers of meaning of Shiva from a scientific and universal perspective.

It brings to light how Shiva is not a historical person but is the very essence of every particle in this Universe.

How Shiva is a Tattva, an underlying principle, that exists not only from the moment of Creation, but holds sway even before the creation of the Universe, when time stands still - the primordial force, potential, auspiciousness that exists in every component of the Universe, at every instant.

That is the real understanding of Shiva that this book brings forth and then goes on to explain how to understand each form of Shiva.

SEEKERS OF TRUE KNOWLEDGE OF SHIVJI & CREATION - PLEASE READ
Review by Busy mommy
(Posted on 08/11/2017)
For anyone looking for TRUE knowledge about Shivji; his essence; the creation of the universe and his influence on the same; the meaning of "Shiv" & Shivlinga; the explanation of all his pictorial representations; the influence of his creation as understood by modern science from the West; the wealth of Indian heritage and the long lasting history of our origins - this is a very well put together book. A bit complicated to read in the first reading, as each sentence has much meaning. But as you read and re-read it, it is a wonderful ocean of knowledge in a very succinct text.

This is the first in-depth book I read about Shivji and it has led me to the crave reading more and more. Great book for a great price.

The book does not impose any thing on the reader. Just presents facts and findings of Hinduism in a scientific way. They have excavated and researched using ancient artifacts. Gave me a direction.

When you’ll feel you understood everything then, you didn’t know anything!
It includes very deep illustration of Shiva, including science and spirituality. You have to feel it while reading. Just let go, just take a deep jump into it, swim around, capture what you can understand.

A very good book for those who have true faith in the God. It has a gentle stream of pleasing language which reached to the innermost corner of the heart and appeals very humbly to rethink on our conception about Him so that we can see the magnanimous aspect of the Eternal form of the Almightly more clearly. Om Namah Shivay.

His explanations of Hindu puranas and iconography is likely the most understandable I’ve come across. It’s not an easy task to relate this stuff to modern Western sensibilities, but he does a commendable job. Easily recommended if one wants a solid perspective on Shiva and Shakti.-
